Self-Exclusion Blackout April 30 - May 11

The Washington State Gambling Commission is replacing its legacy software systems which will have impact on access to MyAccount. This impact will specifically affect the time period that house-banked cardrooms can access the Self-Exclusion list. MyAccount will be turned off on at midnight on April 30th, to replace the legacy system. MyAccount will be available again on May 11th at 8 a.m. PST. Read more here.

Important self-exclusion information for house banked card rooms

House-banked card rooms must:

  • Make the self-exclusion form available to patrons
  • Provide the patrons who enroll (participants) with information and resources for treatment of gambling problems or gambling disorders.

How to send confiscated funds to Health Care Authority's problem gambling account

  1. Fill out the top half of the Health Care Authority transmittal form (PDF)
  2. Send a check or cashier's check to the address on the form.
