Changes Are Coming to MyAccount (Get Prepared NOW)
Changes Coming to MyAccount
MyAccount Unavailable May 1 - 10, 2026
Due to our transition to a new system, we are no longer processing any new, renewal, or change applications (“system blackout”).
This applies to everyone: tribal, commercial, non-profit, and individuals.
The system blackout begins at midnight Pacific time Thursday April 30 and will last until May 11 at 8 a.m.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
- Any individual applications that are not approved by May 1 will not be approved until May 18, at the earliest.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
- If you have submitted a new organization license application to us, it will take us an additional 10 working days of processing time to complete the investigation due to the system blackout.
- Organizational licenses, which expire on June 30, will be available to renew starting on May 11 in our new system.
- If you have submitted Tribal Lottery System equipment and/or software submissions to us, it may take us an additional 10 working days to complete your submissions and issue a review decision.
- If you have submitted non-TLS equipment and/or software submissions to us, it may delay our review time and decision.
- Equipment malfunction forms won’t be available during the system blackout. Please contact your assigned field agent as needed.
After May 11, license applications, renewals and equipment submissions will be processed with first in, first out priority.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we go live with a new system to make us more efficient and transparent in our work with you! Read more about the changes coming to MyAccount.
Paper applications availability and in-person appointment
Due to our system upgrades, paper license applications and forms as well as equipment submission and malfunction forms will be removed from our website on April 30.
In-person appointments to process licensing applications will not be scheduled from May 1 through May 11. Self-exclusion appointments will still be available.
After our new system is live on May 11, online license applications and equipment submissions are required unless you have an online waiver approval.

Why are these changes being made?
WSGC is retiring and replacing its 20-year-old internal systems to provide more efficient service. Our internal systems are directly tied into MyAccount, so we are replacing the technology for MyAccount as well. We will be updating some of the ways we do things to be more efficient in how we work with tribal partners, licensees and vendors.
