Changes Coming to MyAccount

MyAccount is the online system used by our licensees, vendors and tribal partners to submit licensing applications, pay for those applications, and submit requests to review equipment or software.  It is getting a major remodel as a result of WSGC replacing its legacy internal systems.

The Gambling Commission will host three training webinars in preparation for changes to MyAccount

All webinars will be recorded and shared. Additional training videos will be available on the following topics:

  • Logging in with Secure Access Washington (SAW)
  • Navigating MyAccount
  • Licensing for tribal partners (Certification, Eligibility and Registration)
  • General and non-profit support
  • Tribal support

Watch demonstration videos of the system that we provided in October 2025.

Feedback

We asked people who watched the demonstration, “What did you like about the changes you saw?” Here’s what they said:

"The progress notifications for applications is great. Also like the new invoice feature.”

“I am looking forward to working with the new site.  If final system replicates the demo this will be one of the most informative, user friendly licensing sites I have worked on.”

"Will be very user-friendly and provide detailed information on our account.”

"I think the quarterly filings will be easy.”

Why are these changes being made?

WSGC is retiring and replacing its 20-year-old internal systems to provide more efficient service. Our internal systems are directly tied into MyAccount, so we are replacing the technology for MyAccount as well. We will be updating some of the ways we do things to be more efficient in how we work with tribal partners, licensees and vendors.

How will Gambling Commission help us adjust to the new system?

The Gambling Commission provided a demonstration in Fall of 2025, and is providing training webinars in April 2026. We will also be making a number of function-specific training videos available in April 2026. Our customer service line will also be available for support and questions after we go live. We are committed to helping our partners and customers succeed with this new system and do their work with WSGC more efficiently. Thank you in advance for your patience as we learn a new system.
