If you have recently been granted new MyAccount permissions but are not seeing the appropriate menu options, you may need to clear your browser's cookies and cache. Steps for doing so in Chrome and Edge are below. If you are using a browser other than Chrome or Edge, you can find instructions online by searching "how to clear cookies and cache in (insert browser name).
Clearing cookies and cache in Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your computer
Click the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser
Hover over More Tools and select Clear Browsing Data
In the pop-up window, choose a Time Range (e.g., Last hour, Last 7 days, or All time)
Check the boxes for Cached images and files and, if needed, Cookies and other site data
Click Clear Data to complete the process
Clearing cookies and cache in Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu
Select Settings from the menu
Go to Privacy, Search, and Services
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
Select a Time range from the drop-down menu
Check the box for Cached images and files
Click Clear now to remove the cache
Recently saved or submitted item is not displaying as pending payment
You may need to refresh your browser before the application will display in the Billing and Payments tab.
