One of the ways to navigate MyAccount is to understand that all web browsers are not the same. Make sure that the system has recorded your action, by clicking refresh, to ensure the process has been completed. Also ensure that your browser cache has been cleared, to provide the most effective way to display accurate information.
Example: Click refresh after creating an application to ensure that the payment action will appear in the billing & payment tab in MyAccount.
