Known MyAccount Issues

This page will summarize the known MyAccount issues that we are aware of and working diligently to correct.
  • We're aware that if you navigate to SAW without going to the WSGC website, and try to find MyAccount as a service, you see this:
    • "Down for maintenance" is no longer correct, and WaTech has advised WSGC that this language cannot be updated for sites that are no longer offered as a service for SAW. 
MyAccount Not Down
  • Please note that you must access MyAccount through the WSGC website, by clicking on "Log Into MyAccount" in the upper right of the site. Then you will be brought to SAW to sign in, and afterward be automatically brought back to your MyAccount Dashboard. 

FIXED: Some employees showed as expired who were active or were previously PTNd.

FIXED: External users may not be able to complete an 'Add Employee' application under the Employee Changes tab in MyAccount. When they try to add an employee with an active license, they system may be pulling from an expired license and so when the user tries to complete the application, they system notifies that the user is not active and automatically deletes the application they are trying to submit.
