WSGC retired and replaced its 20-year-old internal systems to provide more efficient service. Our internal systems are directly tied into MyAccount, so we replaced the technology for MyAccount as well. We also updated some of the ways we do things to be more efficient in how we work with tribal partners, licensees and vendors.
