Who can apply for a permit to conduct bingo at agricultural fairs
If you are a commercial business, you may apply to operate bingo games at agricultural fairs, who are separately licensed to conduct bingo.
Each agricultural fair is fully responsible for the operation of bingo conducted under its license.

Types of permits
There are 2 types of permits.
Annual permit
You may apply for an annual permit to conduct bingo games at different agricultural fairs.
Special property bingo permit
You may apply for a special property bingo permit to conduct bingo games at a single agricultural fair.
How to apply
In addition to all the materials outlined in our licensing process, the complete application includes:

Required training
After we grant your permit, you have 30 days to complete your required training:
- Review all the rules for all licensees: 230-06 Rules for all licensees (app.leg.wa.gov)
- Review all the rules for bingo: 230-10 Bingo rules (app.leg.wa.gov)
- Learn what would be considered criminal violations (PDF, 25 KB).
Renewing your permit
Annuals permits are renewable. Learn more about how to renew your permit.
Special property bingo permits for commercial business to conduct bingo at agricultural fairs ONLY are not renewable. You must apply for a permit for each event you want to hold.
