Licensing fees for commercial organizations, other businesses, and individuals

Find the new, renewal, quarterly license, and other fees for commercial organizations, other businesses, and individuals.

Effective October 18, 2024, all organizational licenses will expire June 30, regardless of when the license was issued.

For a complete list of fees for commercial stimulant organizations, visit the Washington State Legislature site for all the commercial stimulant organization license fees (apps.leg.wa.gov)

For a complete list of fees for other businesses, visit the Washington State Legislature site for all other business license fees (apps.leg.wa.gov).

For a complete list of fees for individuals, visit the Washington State Legislature site for all the individual license fees (apps.leg.wa.gov).

These lists are intended to provide information about annual fees and do not cover all situations where fees are due.

When a gross gambling receipt rate is present, the base license fee is credited toward the amount due on the quarterly license report. For example, if your base license fee is $70 and your calculated quarterly license fee is $90 for the first quarter, $20 is due.
