Transporting Tribal Lottery System terminals
If you are transporting Tribal Lottery System (TLS) player terminals in Washington state, you must notify us and the driver of the transport vehicle must carry a copy of the notification form. Completing the form below will notify us and provide you a copy of the completed form for printing.
Transporting tradeshow equipment
If you are transporting gambling equipment in Washington state for tradeshows, you must notify us at least ten days prior to the tradeshow and the equipment must meet all requirements in WAC 230-06-116 (leg.wa.gov). If you have questions please contact us for assistance.
