If you are unsure if you need to submit your equipment or game for testing, you can fill out and submit our inquiry form.

Game endorsement submissions

New proprietary game

Complete these steps to submit your new game for review. 

A $1,000.00 deposit is required with this submission and can be paid through your SecureAccess Washington MyAccount or can be mailed with your completed documentation.

1. Complete the Game Endorsement Form for New Proprietary Games Application (PDF, 61 KB)
2. Send your materials to us using one of the addresses listed at the bottom of this page.

Changes to previously approved proprietary game

Complete these steps to submit your game changes for review. 

A $500 deposit is required with this submission and can be paid through your SecureAccess Washington MyAccount or can be mailed with your completed documentation.

2. Send your materials to us using one of the addresses listed at the bottom of this page.

Tribal Lottery System (TLS) equipment and software submissions

Start the submission process by filing out and submitting the TLS submission form.

Equipment submissions

After submitting the form, follow the delivery instructions to coordinate delivery of your equipment.

Software submissions

After submitting the form, each of the items below must be completed to place software in our testing queue.

1. Upload required documents
   • User release notes
   • Install guides
   • Math sheets
2. Install your software
3. Upload your software to your SFT account
4. Ask your approved independent testing lab to release your certification.

Tribal, commercial, and nonprofit gambling equipment (non-TLS)

Complete these steps to submit your equipment for review. 

A $2,000 deposit is required with this submission and can be paid through your myAccount or can be mailed with your completed documentation.

1. Complete the New or Upgraded Electronic or Mechanical Equipment / Software Packet (PDF, 297 KB)
2. Complete appropriate checklists for your submission
3. Safely package your media
4. Send your materials to us using one of the addresses listed at the bottom of this page.

For all equipment deliveries, follow the delivery instructions to coordinate delivery of your equipment.

Tribal only equipment (non-TLS)

Complete these steps to submit your non-TLS tribal only equipment for review. 

A $2,000.00 deposit is required with this submission and can be paid through your SecureAccess Washington MyAccount or can be mailed with your completed documentation.

1. Complete the Tribal only equipment (non-TLS) form (PDF, 200 KB)
2. Complete appropriate checklists for your submission
3. Safely package your media
4. Send your materials to us using one of the addresses listed at the bottom of this page.
