Governor Lowery signed the original Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Compact on 02/19/1993.

Governor Inslee signed the current, restated Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming Compact (PDF, 1MB) incorporating Sports Wagering (“Appendix S”) (PDF, 225kb) on 11/03/2021.

Current Amendment

Signed 11/03/2021, this amendment restates the Compact and supersedes the 1^st through 6^th amendments.
