Original Compact

Governor Gardner signed the original Chehalis Tribal Gaming Compact on 12/21/1992.

Governor Inslee signed the current, restated Chehalis Tribal Gaming Compact (PDF, 11MB) and the Sports Wagering Appendix (“Appendix S”) (PDF, 1017kb) on 06/15/2022.

Current Amendment

6th amendment (PDF, 11MB)

Signed 06/15/2022, this amendment restates the Compact and supersedes the 1^st through 5^th amendments.

7th amendment (PDF, 1,053kb)

Signed on 12/12/2023, this amendment deals with Electronic Table Games.
