Request a rule change

Learn about how to request a change to gambling rules and fill out the form to do so.

When you fill out the form below, it will be sent to the agency rules coordinator. The rules coordinator and other staff will review the proposed rule change and prepare a rule summary, which could include a history of the rule, previous changes made to the rule, and any resource and/or regulatory impacts the change could have. Within 60 days of receipt of the petition, staff will present the petition to Commissioners to decide if the agency should act on the proposed change by initiating rule making.
