The published meeting location for the September commission meeting is no longer available. Given the short notice, the September commission meeting will be a Special Meeting since we do not have enough time to publish the change of location with the Washington State Code Reviser.

We invite the public to comment with various options available - written, in person or virtually:
- Written**: Please send advanced comments to askus@wsgc.wa.gov by 5:00 PM PST the day prior to the Commission meeting and specify which agenda item you are addressing.
- In Person: Prior to the start of the meeting, sign in on the provided form, indicating which agenda item you would like to provide comment for. You will then be called upon during the meeting to approach the podium to speak at the appropriate time.
- Virtually: Email askus@wsgc.wa.gov by 5:00 PM PST the day prior to the Commission meeting with your name and specify which agenda item you would like to provide comment for. You will be called upon and unmuted to speak at the appropriate time.
** Please note that any submitted written comments/documents become public record and may be disclosed under state law. State law protects certain personal information from public disclosure. This includes social security numbers, driver license numbers, and financial account numbers. In most cases, home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth are not protected from disclosure.
