Rep. Kevin Waters is the first Skamania County resident in over 85 years to serve in the Washington State Legislature. Waters serves as legislator in the 17th District, which includes parts of Clark County, and Skamania and Klickitat Counties.
Waters is a fourth-generation resident of Southwest Washington, working on issues concerning schools, mental health issues, protecting and providing resources for police, and the housing crisis. Waters also supports strong infrastructure.
Waters is in his second term in office as a state representative.
