Victoria Woodards has dedicated more than three decades to public service, leadership, and strengthening communities. She served as Mayor of Tacoma from 2018 to 2026 after seven years on the Tacoma City Council and was elected President of the National League of Cities, representing more than 19,000 cities, towns, and villages nationwide. A U.S. Army veteran, Woodards currently serves on the JustServe National Board and Work for America Board. She brings extensive governance experience and a steadfast commitment to integrity, transparency, and public trust to her service on the Washington State Gambling Commission.
