R2503 Executive recruiter

This procurement is to solicit responses from individuals or firms interested in executive search ("recruiter") services for the Gambling Commission.

Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive proposals for executive search services. Because the contract is estimated to be $150,000.00 or less, the agency intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bid from a small business, as defined in RCW 39.26.010(22)(a), or a veteran-owned business, unless none of these businesses are responsible and responsive to this solicitation.

Minimum qualifications include:

For the firm
- Six years of recent (within the last 10 years) experience recruiting in the public sector; and
- Successful fulfillment of at least five public sector executive level positions in the last three years. Executive level is defined as Director, Deputy Director, or Assistant Director, or the equivalent titles.
For the individual assigned as recruiter
- Participated in six (6) public sector recruitments in the last three (3) years; and
- Successful fulfillment of at least two public sector executive level positions in the last five years. Executive level is defined as Director, Deputy Director, or Assistant Director, or the equivalent titles.
