Big Fish Games, Inc. Petition for Declaratory Order
The Washington State Gambling Commission received a Petition for Declaratory Order from Big Fish Games, Inc. asking the Commission to enter a declaratory order stating that the company’s online games are not gambling under Washington State law. At its public meeting on Oct. 18, the Commission declined to issue an order.
This petition was initially reviewed by the commissioners at a public meeting on July 12, 2018 in Tacoma, WA. The commissioners heard from the petitioner and other interested parties, and continued to review this petition at their meeting on Aug. 9, 2018 in Pasco, WA.
